  1. Organized: Being organized is the key to success. Without organization, no work can get done thoroughly and correctly. Having all the tools and resources you need for you skill in one spot, and organized will go a long ways.
  2. Teaching: As a future educator, having the ability to teach others and myself about new skills, information, lessons, and abilities is crucial to develop as a student, employee and human being.
  3. Problem Solving: Having the ability to solve any situation that does not go as planned, organized, or directed is a major strength to have. Working around others and adjusting will also go a long way.
  4. Communication: Emails, phone calls, direct conversation, and all things such are one of the most important values to hold. Being able to take in information and transmit it to others timely and effectively is what communication is all about!
  5. Collaborative: Working, listening, adjusting, agreeing, and being with others is what every employer needs in a employee. Being able to collaborate with others well and effectively will lead to great things to come.
